An Overlook, PA man, David Nigro, 19, is under arrested and charged with 19 counts of animal cruelty as well as drug and weapon charges after authorities were called to a home in the 900 block of Wynnewood Road about a dead dog. I found this article online. Another one that goes to show how its unjust to categorize pitbulls in a category of their own as "dangerous animals". In this story, it was the case of  wild dog, with no owner, following it's instincts and approaching others in it's territory. I would have done the same thing probably if I thought myself or my wife was in immediate danger, but I think that the attack had nothing to do with the breed of the dog.
